On September 29, 2018 I volunteered to help the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) plant native trees in a section of forest that was once invasive Black Locust. I also volunteered to be a "Roving Reporter" for the day and wrote an article on the educational value of volunteering. The day was a lot of fun and very educational.
